Title System for training Production Managers

In 2017, the implementation of the Learning System, aimed at developing leadership competencies of production managers, continues. From January to July, trainings were held on the skills of effective communication, time management and decision-making tools.

At the trainings, the employees received simple and understandable techniques that can be used not only within the daily work, but also outside the factory walls.

In the second half of 2017, HR management plans to conduct training on such topics as:

- Customer-oriented;

- Tools for solving problem situations;

- Techniques for providing feedback;

- Motivation of employees.

All this will help to find new methods of building relations with employees.

I would like to note that attending the training is only the tip of the iceberg. The task of such training is to show directions in which it is possible to develop and try new tools that everyone can adapt for application in his unit.



Internal Trainings


Any organization is a living organism in which everything is interconnected. That is why it is especially important that the employees of the company have an opportunity not only to receive new knowledge and skills, but also to share them with colleagues.
